Why they work

Not just prompts.
Built for this sector.

01

Grounded in Hong Kong

Every skill maps to the rules and formats the sector actually works under — LSG, SQS, PDPO, ICAC. The output lands first time, in the format expected.

02

You keep the judgment

Each skill produces a workable first draft — a named person reviews before anything goes out. The tool does the typing; you stay accountable.

03

Free, always

MIT & Apache-2.0 licensed. No account, no cost, no catch — a sector stretched thin shouldn't have to pay for the basics.

04

Works where you already work

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Hermes and other agents — no new platform to learn, no data locked in.

Questions

Before you install.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

MIT and Apache-2.0 licensed. No account, no cost, no data locked in, no trial that expires. The only ask: if a skill helps you, share that. If you build something better, share it back to this community.

Will it work with the tools I already have?

Yes — Claude Code, Hermes, Codex, Cursor, Gemini Spark, OpenClaw, and other agents. No new platform to learn. The skills are instruction files, not plugins, so they work wherever your agent runs and nothing gets locked into a proprietary system.

What data is safe to give it?

Tier 1: Safe — blank templates, already-published public documents, and general policies.
Tier 2: Restricted — thoroughly de-identified data only. You must strip all direct and indirect identifiers (no names, no HKIDs, no addresses, no specific dates, and no unique case details).
Tier 3: Prohibited — never input Personal Identifiable Information (PII), client records, or donor details. There are no exceptions to this rule. When in doubt, tier three. The Privacy checker skill builds your tier list for you.

Who's accountable for the output?

You are — by design. Each skill produces a workable first draft, but a named person reviews before anything goes out. The tool does the typing; you keep the judgment. That's also what keeps you aligned with SQS, PDPO and ICAC expectations.

Can I adapt the skills to our organisation?

Yes — that's the point of open licensing. Every skill is a plain-text file you can edit: your letterhead, your forms, your funder's exact format, your tone. Copy the skill folder, change the instructions, rename it. Think of these AI skills as a foundation that truly belongs to your organization, something you can shape and grow to increase your social impact, rather than just another software subscription you're renting.
